The engineer was very good, and he identified the fault pretty much straightaway and got it sorted in less than an hour. I have had to ring a few times before getting through to someone. Not an issue as they are very professional and apologetic about it, which I understand, given that 1. I rang during lunch time and 2. I was impatient. Overall, I'm very happy with the service - they have saved us about £700!
